Open Days for Prospective Parents

The School warmly invites prospective parents to Open Morning on four occasions each year.

The dates for this current academic year are now closed, dates will be released shortly for the academic year 2012/13.

On each of the above dates the Headmistress’s address is held at 10:30am.

General advice on getting the most from our Open Days

• Visit more than once.  The first visit is often a blur, the second visit gives you the opportunity to confirm or contradict your first impression.
• Try to visit on a normal working day, or at least when pupils are present. It is far more informative than an Open Day/Evening where everywhere is polished and the pupils are not making the classrooms look crowded.
• Make sure that you hear the Head's talk. A Head defines the school's priorities, its academic aspirations and its approach to discipline. You don't have to like what you hear but you need to be in sympathy with the message.
