What a night! On Friday 26th June, our wonderful Year 6 pupils took to the stage to bring Shrek to life — and what a triumph it was.
From the swamp to the castle, the cast filled the hall with songs, laughter and no small amount of green face paint. Months of rehearsal, learning lines and building sets came together in a performance that had families beaming with pride.
A production like this is Year 6 at its very best: children stepping up, supporting one another, and showing just how much confidence they have grown over their years at Vita et Pax. It was a wonderful send-off as they prepare for the next chapter at their senior schools.
Our thanks to the staff who gave their time and energy to make it happen — and to the families who cheered them on. Bravo, Year 6!
