Science is fun and delicious!

In STEAM, Class 5 have been learning about Earth and Space. They carried out an experiment using Oreos to recreate the phases of the moon. They were separated into two groups and each person had a phase of the moon to replicate. With clean hands, they separated the  Oreo into two parts (one with cream and the other without any). Next, they scraped the cream using a spoon to create the phase. The Oreos were placed  onto the circles. Once the phases had been recreated and studied, they all enjoyed a delicious Oreo biscuit!
