Parents & Friends Association

On behalf of the PFA, I would like to say a big hello and welcome to a new year at Vita et Pax.
We are very excited to start our fundraising adventures for the year ahead. Personally, I
couldn’t be more thrilled to keep working with our fantastic teachers, our wonderful Head, and
all you amazing parents and carers. Together, we’re on a mission to make sure our kids have
the best possible time at school. As part of the PFA, our job is to organise events throughout
the year that bring joy to both parents and children. All the funds we raise go towards extra
resources and activities that make school life even better for our little ones.

Last year, the PFA contributed £20,000 to the transformation of the art room into a fully functioning and equipped Science room! We also purchased new PE mats and equipment, including football goals,
footballs, basketballs, tennis balls, house flags and paid for various school trips throughout
the year. Your invaluable support of our events made this possible! Our first term promises to be an exciting one, featuring a delicious breakfast morning, a school disco, a dazzling fireworks night, a crazy hair day and of course our much loved Christmas Fayre!

We want you to join in on the fun and make a difference. Every parent with a child at our
school is automatically part of the PFA. If you’ve got big ideas or just want to get a bit more
involved, we’d love to have you. Come along to our AGM (that’s our Annual General Meeting),
and you can share your thoughts, hear about our plans, or find out how even an hour here
and there can be a big help. If you ever have questions or suggestions, feel free to send me
an email at PFA@vitaetpax.co.uk.

Warmest regards,
Marina Kyriacou, Chair
On behalf of Vita et Pax PFA
