REGISTRATION
£75 non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee to accompany the completed registration form.
DEPOSITS
An acceptance deposit of £1,000.00 is payable when parents accept the offer of a place at the school. The deposit is held until pupils leave the school and all liabilities have been settled. (One full term’s notice is required for the return of the deposit.)
TUITION FEES
Termly fees from September 2024
- The nursery fees are £4,200 per term inclusive of lunch (Min 4 Days)*
- The school fees from Reception to Y3 are £4,200 per term inclusive of lunch and some after school clubs**
- The school fees from Y4 to Y6 are £4,400 per term inclusive of lunch and some after school clubs**
*We accept childcare vouchers and the Government funded 15 and 30 hours childcare. We offer morning and afternoon nursery sessions – Please contact the school office for costs and more information
**Charges apply for clubs led-by external providers
The above fees include tuition, stationary, art materials and games.
Stated fees include termly lunch costs of £260.
Fees are payable in advance of the first day of term and invoiced prior to the following term.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
- Second Child: 5% Discount
- Third Child: 10% Discount
BURSARY
Vita et Pax Preparatory School has a limited hardship fund to provide short term assistance to current parents where there has been an unforeseen change in financial circumstances. This facility is means tested and is not available for Nursery – Y1 families.
PAYMENT METHODS
Tuition fees are payable in advance of each term by Standing Order, BACS transfer or cheque. The school also works alongside School Fee Plan which enables payment of fees along monthly terms.
LEAVING
One term’s notice is required of parents’ intention to remove a pupil from the school and must be sent in writing to the Headteacher, Miss Allana Gay. Please refer to the school’s terms and conditions for full details. (Our full terms and conditions are available upon request to the office.)
