Vita et Pax Preparatory School Valentine’s Day Bake Sale Raises £410 for New Laptops
The recent Valentine’s Day Bake Sale at Vita et Pax Preparatory School in Enfield, North London, was a wonderful community event that not only spread love and joy but also raised a fantastic £410. This fundraising effort, organised by our incredible Parent-Friends Association (PFA), will help purchase new laptops to enhance the educational experience for our students.
The event, which took place just before the school day ended, was a hit with both students and parents. It gave families the opportunity to come together, share some delicious homemade cakes, and enjoy a warm beverage while having a friendly chat. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, laughter, and a true sense of community, with parents mingling and getting to know one another while supporting the school in a meaningful way.
Thanks to the efforts of the PFA, the bake sale was a resounding success. Volunteers worked tirelessly to bake, decorate, and organise the stalls, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. From cupcakes and brownies to heart-shaped cookies and slices of cake, the treats were as delightful as they were delicious. The warm drinks on offer, including tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, provided the perfect accompaniment for the sweet indulgence.
The £410 raised will be put towards purchasing new laptops for the students of Vita et Pax. As an independent school, we are always looking for ways to provide the best possible resources to enhance the learning environment. These laptops will allow students to access digital learning tools, research materials, and educational software, ensuring they remain engaged and prepared for the future.
