Vita et Pax Pupils Excel in the Junior Kangaroo Mathematics Challenge
We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of two of our talented mathematicians at Vita et Pax Preparatory School, who were recently invited to participate in the prestigious Junior Kangaroo Mathematics Challenge.
The Junior Kangaroo is an international follow-on round for pupils who excel in the earlier stages of the Junior Maths Challenge, and it recognises exceptional mathematical ability and reasoning skills. Selection to take part in this competition is a significant honour, reflecting a pupil’s advanced understanding, logical thinking, and problem-solving talent.
Our pupils earned their place in this highly competitive event through their stellar performance in the national Junior Maths Challenge. The Junior Kangaroo round is renowned for its demanding problems, requiring deep focus, resilience, and strategic thinking to solve puzzles designed to stretch even the most able young mathematicians.
We are incredibly proud of our pupils’ accomplishments. Both approached the challenge with remarkable determination and enthusiasm, fully embracing the opportunity to further test their mathematical abilities. Their hard work and dedication truly stood out and serve as an inspiration to their peers across north London and beyond.
