Donuts with Dad – A Heartwarming Father’s Day Breakfast at Vita et Pax
This morning, we were delighted to welcome families to our much-loved annual Donuts with Dad celebration — a special Father’s Day breakfast hosted at Vita et Pax Preparatory and Nursery School in Enfield, North London. The event is a highlight of our school calendar and a joyful opportunity to honour dads, grandads, uncles, and all the important father figures in our children’s lives.
Our school hall was transformed into a warm, welcoming space where pupils and their guests enjoyed delicious donuts, fresh fruit, and steaming cups of coffee. Laughter and conversation filled the room as children proudly introduced their family members to friends and teachers. It was a morning full of sweet treats, happy faces, and treasured memories — a true celebration of family values and connection.
We were especially pleased to welcome Mr. May, our incoming Headteacher, who will be joining us this September. He was deeply impressed by the genuine warmth, inclusiveness, and community spirit on display, and shared how honoured he felt to be joining such a vibrant and caring school. Events like this are a true reflection of what makes Vita et Pax special — our strong focus on community, close family partnerships, and nurturing relationships that support every child’s development.
As a small private school in North London, Vita et Pax is proud of its close-knit, supportive environment where every family feels known and valued. Our commitment to fostering positive, lasting connections is at the heart of everything we do — and this morning’s event was a beautiful reminder of that.
A huge thank you to our wonderful Parents and Friends Association (PFA) for organising such a memorable morning. Your dedication and attention to detail made all the difference.
Here’s to strong coffee, sticky fingers, and even stronger family bonds. Thank you to all who joined us — we can’t wait to welcome you again next year!
